Job Description:
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns.

Skills Required:

  • Graduate of any bachelors course (Or completed at least 2 years in college.)
  • Must have at least 1-year experience on any job.
  • Experience with Cryptocurrency is a Plus
  • Proficiency with a computer (Windows, Mac OS) and mobile device (iOS, Android) operating systems and mobile device (Apple iPhone, Samsung, Google, LG, Motorola) hardware.
  • Proficiency with multiple web browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer).
  • Experience translating technical jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions customers can understand and act upon
  • Willing to work on a night shift
  • Willing to work on a Home Based Setup
